PRIVATE HOME IN SAINT-TROPEZ: Villa la Ferigoule

Concept

  • Client: French Couple (Ages 65-70)

  • Location: Saint-Tropez, France

  • Type: Luxury Residential (A Sempre.life signature project)

  • Previous history: Established Sempre.life clients (design for a hotel property and their previous villa).

Creative Designer | Sempre.life

Led a concept revision (alongside the Sempre.life Art Director) for a stalled project, resulting in immediate client approval and launching the execution phase.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conducted a site visit in Saint-Tropez to define spatial and functional requirements.

  • Developed 2D drawings, 3D modeling, and custom furniture designs.

  • Remotely coordinated production and design teams in Indonesia.

Optimizing the residential UX and maximizing the home's capacity for social, private, and professional functions, while maintaining aesthetic coherence between the interior and exterior terrace.

Concept

The final design achieves a balance between three key elements:

  • The distinctive Sempre.life style.

  • The French Riviera style (Saint-Tropez).

  • The maximum functionality required by the client.
