Hello, I’m Diletta.
My journey in design began with the tangible, creating bespoke furniture and interior spaces. However, I soon realized that my passion extends beyond physical structures to how these environments shape human experiences.

This realization marked a turning point in my professional journey. I transitioned from spatial design to creating strategic concepts and service models, with a focus on business value and human-centered impact.

By connecting my roots in Industrial Design with specializations in Innovation Management, Service Design, and UX, I’ve built a toolkit that bridges the gap between aesthetics and strategy.

Today, I design complex ecosystems.

My experience ranges from directing luxury retail projects to consulting for B2B clients.
This unique blend of "physical" and "strategic" allows me to create end-to-end solutions that are innovative, functional, and inclusive.
